Close enough to bustling Sirmione where you can enjoy the sights when you wish. The pool was well-maintained, and my kids loved the free bikes, which we used to explore the area. the decor felt slightly outdated.

the so-called 'private garden' was infested with mosquitoes, ruining my stay that I almost gave a good review. the bed was extremely firm, and I couldn't help but wonder if they even care about comfort! a welcome gift would ve been nice, but I guess some guests aren’t special enough for that.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Nuove Terme! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a large kitchen and a nice living area. The free bike hire was a great perk for our family, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions. Flavio, the host, was incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable local tips. Plus, the pool was a hit with the kids!

The bed was quite firm.

i had a great time at residence nuove terme! the apartments were super comfy and clean. Ours had a nice private garden where we could chill. flavio, the host, was amazin and super helpful with local tips. the pool was clean and perfect for the kids, and the free bikes made exploring so easy. really loved how close it was to the lake and shops, felt just right for family fun.

only downside was the firm beds, which weren't super comfy, and the garden had a few mosquitoes that were annoying.
